I have been in interested in diet and exercise for most of my life. It is an area where I am reminded of the old joke about asking a question of a Coven of 12 Witches – you will get 12 different answers. The internet already abounds with vast quantities of information so why should I bother?

Its effectiveness or suitability for you is of no concern it is pumped and then dumped the very next month.
